Minister of Women's Affairs of Cambodia. Under her leadership, Cambodia is advancing programs to prevent violence against women, expand women's economic rights and opportunities, and strengthen their role in public and political life. In 2014, she received the Most Outstanding Women Award at the APEC Women Leadership Forum as one of the leading women leaders in the Asia-Pacific region.
