Cambodia's Minister of Women's Affairs. Under her leadership, Cambodia has advanced programs to prevent violence against women, expand women's economic empowerment, and strengthen their role in public and political life. In 2014, she received the Most Outstanding Women Award at the APEC Women Leadership Forum as one of the Asia-Pacific region's outstanding women leaders.
