Minister of Women’s Affairs of Cambodia. Under her leadership, Cambodia has developed programs to prevent violence against women, economically empower women, and strengthen their role in public and political life. In 2014, she received the Most Outstanding Women Award at the APEC Women Leadership Forum as one of the Asia-Pacific region’s outstanding women leaders.
